FTTH Conference 2022 postponed: new dates for physical Vienna Conference 23-25 may 2022

By

After careful analysis of the COVID-19 restrictions and governmental measures in force in Austria and Vienna and following consultation with local experts and authorities, the FTTH Council Europe has reached the conclusion that postponing the FTTH Conference is the only viable option to ensure a safe and successful event

By the FTTH Council Europe

The FTTH Conference is the world’s largest fibre summit bringing together ‘C’ level representatives, investors, technical and regulatory experts to discuss and debate all aspects of full fibre, 5G and other fibre related and enabled technologies and services and the benefit they bring to society. It targets 3,500+ participants from 1,000+ companies and over 100 countries.
The FTTH Council Europe had hoped that the situation would have ameliorated sufficiently by end March to allow the FTTH Conference to go ahead, however, we are now advised there is a high risk that the Viennese authorities will not sufficiently relax restrictions over coming weeks, to allow a conference/exhibition of our size and characteristics to go ahead by the end of March.

The FTTH Conference 2022 in Vienna, Austria is therefore postponed to 23-25 May 2022
The FTTH Council Europe has received tremendous demand for the conference and experts have advised us that by postponing it to the end of May, we give more time for COVID infections to fall back sufficiently to allow the Austrian and Viennese authorities to ease the COVID-19 restrictions.
The structure of the FTTH Conference 2022 will remain unchanged and all tickets already purchased for the original dates will be valid for the new dates.

Early Bird Offer is extended to 11 March 2022
Those delegates that sign up before 11 March 2022 will benefit from an extended early bird offer which will provide them with a 25% discount on the original ticket price.
