This announcement confirms the non-binding agreement that was previously announced on 31 October<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This transaction will accelerate Orange\u2019s strategic plan \u201cLead the Future\u201d and further strengthen Orange\u2019s position in Spain, the Group\u2019s second-largest market in Europe.
